About "Online Only" "Gran Turismo Sport"
The "Arcade Mode" allows you to easily enjoy racing, even when offline (no internet connection). However, it requires an online environment (with an internet connection).
Content other than online racing such as manual savings and campaign modes can be used without the PlayStation Plus subscription if there is an online environment.
