📖 Story

—198X, Japan.
Minato Jinba, a university student living alone in the city, receives a late-night call from his father: his grandmother, Kinu Miyama, is on her deathbed. Though he harbors bitter resentment toward her for abandoning his late mother, Minato reluctantly travels to Ichinose, a remote mountain village shrouded in mist.

As his bus winds down a lonely road under a crimson dusk, he recalls her strange words about silkworms — creatures born to die, bound by the hands of humans.

Upon arriving at the Miyama residence, Minato discovers an unsettling presence lurking within the walls.
A web of lies, old curses, and hidden sins begins to unravel — and at the center lies a truth cocooned in silence.
