Description

Meitantei Pikachu: Shin Combi Tanjō—known internationally as Detective Pikachu—is a story-driven adventure game where players solve mysteries alongside a self-proclaimed “great detective” Pikachu.

Players take on the role of Tim Goodman, who arrives in Ryme City searching for his missing father. Instead, he forms an unlikely partnership with a sharp-tongued, coffee-loving Pikachu who can talk to humans. Together, they investigate strange incidents, question Pokémon witnesses, and piece together clues to uncover the truth behind the city’s disturbances.

The game features over 150 animated cutscenes, bringing Detective Pikachu’s expressive personality to life while providing story progression and hints. Players explore crime scenes, collect testimonies, and record important information in their detective notebook.
