Seiryou Gakuen is a prestigious academy located in the seaside city of Minato, known for its cutting-edge facilities and emphasis on student independence. Since the previous year, the school has been jointly managed by both the Student Council and the New Entrants’ Council.

Soutarou, a second-year student and member of the “Twilight Club” (Tasogare-bu), spends his days helping others—finding lost items, solving small problems, and assisting with daily requests under the supervision of the Student Council. Despite his busy life, his days are filled with warm companionship and quiet admiration for the Student Council president and his beautiful club leader.

One day, Soutarou receives a mysterious letter:

“Will you be able to solve the repeated problems that will happen from now on?”

As a helicopter suddenly descends on the school grounds, a series of strange incidents begins to unfold—negotiations between the two councils, the snow-covered cherry blossoms, a mysterious clock tower, and a power that only a chosen few can wield. Hidden within the town lie the secrets of the “Alicegram.”
