The story begins in Lumiose City, a metropolis undergoing massive urban redevelopment to create harmony between humans and Pokémon. Compared to its 2013 appearance in Pokémon X & Y, the city is greener, more futuristic, and full of life.

From shopping arcades and cafés to parks and waterfronts, Lumiose blends human culture with nature. At its heart stands the iconic Prism Tower.

During a sightseeing trip, you’ll find yourself staying at the mysterious Hotel Z, which becomes your base of operations. Together with new friends, you’ll investigate incidents throughout Lumiose, exploring both its dazzling city streets and its newly built wild zones.
