Soul Sacrifice invites players into a dark world where magic is not only a gift, but also a cruel burden. The player takes on the role of a powerless slave who awakens in a cell, on the verge of being sacrificed by a dark magician. At the last second, he receives a mysterious book that contains the records of battles between humans and monsters.

By reading this book, the player will be drawn into the battles. To survive, he learns powerful spells and fights alongside up to three other adventurers against grotesque creatures – humans corrupted by their dark desires.
