The Neo Angelique series is a spin-off of Ruby Party's Angelique series, part of the larger Neo Romance game series, which also includes Harukanaru Toki no Naka de, Kin-iro no Corda, and Geten no Hana. The Angelique franchise has expanded into various media, including four OVA episodes released between 2001 and 2004.

Set two years after a pivotal battle against the enemy Elbos—who were linked to the creation of the universe—the protagonist and their companions, who once saved the world, find their paths diverging. However, a reunion occurs when the protagonist advances to the University of Cardina.

At this point, two significant changes take place in Arcadia:

1. Population Growth: The number of residents in the continent has risen rapidly, bringing new life to villages and towns.
2. Mysterious Monsters: Reports surface about unknown monsters causing havoc across the continent.

These two seemingly unrelated events eventually converge, forcing the protagonist to make crucial decisions that will shape the future of the universe and the destiny of their loved ones.
