Her new home, the Mills Clare Magic Institution, sits at the heart of Latium — a magical city that governs all the world’s magic and is the school every aspiring wizard dreams of attending. Lulu is thrilled to pass through its grand gates, but her excitement is short-lived when she learns a shocking truth: she is completely without any magical “attribute,” something every wizard must possess.
