Biohazard 0 (Resident Evil Zero) is the prologue to the original Biohazard and reveals the earliest events of the Raccoon City incident. The story takes place in 1998, when the S.T.A.R.S. Bravo Team is forced to make an emergency landing in the Arklay Mountains. While searching for clues, rookie medic Rebecca Chambers discovers a mysterious, derelict train.

Inside, Rebecca encounters Billy Coen, an escaped death-row convict. Their uneasy partnership becomes essential when the seemingly dead passengers return to life. As the two explore the train and the sinister facilities beyond it, they uncover the origins of the viral outbreak and the dark secrets behind the Umbrella Corporation.

The Wii Edition features enhanced controls adapted for the Wii Remote, offering an intuitive way to explore, aim, and manage the unique partner system that defines Biohazard 0.
