Ninja Blade follows Ken Ogawa, an elite ninja who is part of a covert task force fighting to save Tokyo from an outbreak of genetically mutated creatures known as Alpha-Worms. When a mission goes wrong and betrayal strikes close to home, Ken must fight not only to stop the outbreak but to uncover the truth about his past and his father's involvement in the crisis.
